So I have a new workbook about how to create your dream life.

Let's, go right like that.

New, Year's energy is strong ride that wave.

Ultimately I'm a big believer in manifestation.

And if you want to be spiritual about it, you can call it manifestation.

But if you want to be more like scientific, it's subconscious, mind reprogramming either way, I'm a very powerful Creator.

We all are I have always known about the power of the mind and it's really wild to see advances being made in Neuroscience that really support manifestation there's like this whole CIA document that got Declassified very cool.

Highly recommend.

You look it up.

It's, very interesting.

But my main headline is we are self-fulfilling prophecies.

We tell ourselves stories about who we are how life works for us.

How other people relate to us, and we create a reality consciously or unconsciously based on the narratives that we believe it's confirmation bias right? But the amazing thing is is you can rewrite the story that you tell yourself about yourself, you can choose what to believe what to think how to feel and create an entirely new identity.

Thus an entirely new life, there's, a lot of science that shows that identity shifting is the most powerful way to change our habits and our behavior.

And 75 percent of our behavior is habit driven.

So if we are on autopilot, most of the time you want to make sure that your default program is setting you up for Success.

So today, I want to share one of the prompts from my guidebook, it's, a brief meditation, slash like focused thinking session, just to figure out what are the qualities that you need to embody the identity shift that you need to make to start creating your best life.

So though this workbook is a self-paced 30-day guide that's.

Pretty comprehensive look I understand that there are people with financial difficulties out there.

So I will be making videos on various aspects of it.

Because this work has frankly changed and created my life and I don't want there to be barriers for people who need it.

But if you are someone who wants to do a very deep dive, Now link is in and bio.

Okay.

So let's get into it.

First get a piece of paper or your journal and then you're going to sit or lay down get comfortable pause, the video, if you need to assemble things and let's go so you're going to start with closing your eyes and take three deep breaths in through the nose out through the mouth, relax, your jaw, relax, your shoulders, relax, the eyes behind your Lids, sink into your heart.

And last one foreign now, with your eyes, closed I want you to Envision if you could wave a magic wand or rub a Genie's lamp.

What is your deepest grandest desire? What is that for you? Is it simply being happily married to the love of your life? Is it being a published successful novelist is it being the owner of a company, ignore your life circumstances for just a moment, ignore any resistance that comes up and just ask yourself, honestly, if I could have anything? What would it be? What is my biggest dream if I could write out my own life? Right now? What does that look like allow yourself in this moment to be as Grand as possible? And imagine it, if you happen to be one of the people who cannot visualize pictures in your mind say, the statements of what you want for yourself like I would love to travel the world and get paid for it I would quit my job and become a pilot, whatever your wish is feel into it feel how it would feel to be that person to be that you I want you to imagine.

This is actually an alternate reality that you're able to switch places.

So see that person step inside of that person living that life and ask yourself, how does it feel if you woke up every single day? And you had this deepest wish already fulfilled, would you feel at ease? Would you feel lucky? Would you feel grateful wealthy joyful? Would it feel comfortable? Would it feel fun expansive delicious open Limitless, profound meaningful? Would it feel true? Would it feel loving? Would it feel fulfilling? What would it really feel like if you could have exactly what you wanted? Now once you have that feeling once you are that person living your dream life, I want you to look back at yourself now, sitting there with your eyes closed and just curiously without judgment, feel the difference between you both feel the difference between your lives feel this discrepancy this Gap now, open your eyes go to your piece of paper or your Journal and write down all the qualities that that person has that you currently do not what do they embody that you right now do not.

So, for example, when I do this meditation and I do this meditation often my list looks something like this? What highest Anna has that I need to cultivate is she feels calm centered and at ease, most of the time she's patient.

She controls her impulses.

She prioritizes long-term rewards over short-term gain or instant gratification.

She honors promises to herself.

She practices self-restraint, she's aware of her limits.

She powerfully integrates her Shadow, Self, she's, mindful of not only what she puts out into the world.

But what she takes in because she's protective of her energy.

She reads a lot more than I do which is kind of insane because I already read a lot, but she carves out Solitude and downtime.

She easily lets go of what is no longer aligned or serves.

And she has a deep sense of trust in the universe really think about the qualities that this dream you has that you don't, I mean, maybe it's safety security, self-respect self-worth, maybe they take risks and are assertive.

Maybe they set boundaries.

Do they believe in themselves? Do they have Clarity? Are they disciplined now really think about it and write out all the qualities? And once you've done that, this is where the real work begins commit to showing up every single day, embodying those qualities and watch your life transform look.

We all have the answers that we need within ourselves.

But so often we don't, listen to them.

We don't go inward.

We talk ourselves out of our own dreams, our anxieties, our worries, our doubts are yelling while our highest self is speaking softly trying to guide the way and look as you start to embody these qualities, you will start making different decisions.

You'll think differently, you'll shift your belief system and thus your identity.

You will not keep reacting to your life circumstances in the same way.

And as you align with the highest truest expression of yourself, that has what you want you'll start getting little impulses random little missions and side quests that make no sense.

You will hear your quiet inner voice.

Tell you to go someplace or do something and honestly, most of the time it will seem silly, and like maybe a waste of time it'll be like go to the park and read drive to the beach and dance and sit in the Sun and just breathe and as much as you want to tell that voice, uh, I've got to do I don't have time to indulge in whatever these little time, wasting Adventures are what you'll find is that the more you honor.

These small requests, the stronger that inner voice gets the better.

You feel the easier Things become and best of all you will then start getting bigger.

Intuitive downloads, ideas, Sparks of inspiration, a burst of energy and motivation, a sudden flash of insight.

And if you commit to embodying these qualities day after day, working on making them your default State tuning into that inner voice and honoring it it's only a matter of time and yes, it will take time for your life to look radically different than it does right now, hopefully that helps I'm Anna Akana.
