If you’re planning a dinner party and need the perfect appetizer, this zucchini bites recipe is it. Even if you aren’t planning to have people over, you can make this for just the family and they will love it. I’ve been making fried zucchini for years but I’ve never made it like this.

My kids have always eaten deep fried squash and zucchini but when I made this version, they absolutely fell in love. This is the most popular zucchini recipe that I have ever made for them and I love how very easy it is to make.

If you’re looking for a great appetizer or a new way to fry your zucchini, you simply have to try this one. As far as appetizers go, I really love these fried cheese sticks with buttermilk sauce and my family does, too. However, these little zucchini bites may just be their all-time favorite now.

I love buying fresh zucchini at the farmer’s market during the summer and finding new ways to prepare it. This one is definitely at the top of my list. You could serve this with a great ranch dipping sauce if you want but they are perfectly delicious with their mayonnaise, garlic, dill sauce.

I’m absolutely adding this to my appetizer list for my next dinner party. I think they would be the perfect appetizer for a brunch menu and will pair nicely with this yummy salmon wellington.

With just a 10 minute prep time and then another 15 minutes to cook, these are probably the easiest zucchini bites you’ve ever tried and they’re definitely the most delicious. If you want something to really wow your guests at an upcoming dinner party, I highly recommend serving them this. You can easily alter the recipe to make more or less depending on how many guests you plan to serve.
