5 EASY Air Fryer Recipes - Aaron and Claire (2024)

Since you guys loved my previous air fryer recipes, I came with another episode.If your air fryer is only for some frozen foods, these recipes will change your AIR FRYER into a MAGIC COOKING POT. Alright, are you guys ready? Let’s get it started!

#1 EGG TOAST

Ingredients:

  • Sweetened condensed milk (or cream cheese) (optional)
  • 1 slice white bread
  • 1 slice ham
  • Kewpie mayo
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Parsley flakes (optional), to garnish

Instructions:

1. Spread some condensed milk on the bread. (If you don’t have condensed milk, you can also spread some mayonnaise and sprinkle on some sugar instead.)

2. Add a slice of ham on it. Squeeze a lot of mayonnaise along the edges.

3. Crack an egg in the middle. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with parsley flakes (if using).

4. Air fry at 180℃ (355℉) for 8-10 minutes or until it’s cooked to your liking. Enjoy~!

#2 GARLIC BREAD

Ingredients:

  • 5 tbsp melted, unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp parsley flakes
  • 1 baguette, sliced

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, mix together the melted butter, sugar, condensed milk, garlic, egg, and parsley flakes.

2. Spread the mixture onto sliced baguettes or bread of your choice.

3. Air fry at 180℃ (355℉) for 6-10 minutes. Feel free to adjust the time to how crispy you want your bread. (For your information, I did 6 minutes and an additional 2 minutes.)

#3 FRITTATA(2 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 yellow onion
  • 1-2 slices uncooked bacon (or ham)
  • 1 tbsp neutral-tasting oil
  • 5 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup (160ml) whole milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp (14g) unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup grated mozzarella & cheddar cheese
  • 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Handful of baby spinach

Instructions:

1. Cut the onion into small pieces. Cut the bacon into thin strips.

2. Take out an oven-safe container. Add the oil, onion, and bacon. Give it a good stir. Air fry at 180℃ (355℉) for 5 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

4. In the air fryer, add the butter and mix together. Once the butter is completely melted, add the egg mixture, cheese, tomatoes, and spinach. Air fry at 150℃ (300℉) for 20 minutes.

5. Carefully place it on a serving plate. Enjoy~!

#4 RATATOUILLE (2 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 store-bought tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Thyme (or herbs of your choice) (optional)
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, to serve

Instructions:

1. Thinly slice the zucchini, eggplant, tomato and bell pepper into 5-cm (0.2-inch) slices.

2. Take out an oven-safe container. Pour in the tomato sauce. On top of that, gently place the vegetables in a circular path.

3. In a small container, add the olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Optionally, add thyme or herbs of your choice. Give it a good mix and pour it over the vegetables.

4. Air fry at 170℃ (340℉) for 20 minutes.Finish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy~!

#5 KOREAN BBQ (2 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lb (700g) thick pork belly (or pork shoulder, leg, Boston butt, etc.)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Generous amount of neutral-tasting oil
  • 10-15 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 yellow onion
  • 1 cup kimchi
  • Cooking spray
  • 15 lettuce, to serve
  • 2 cups hot cooked rice, to serve

Homemade Ssamjang (or Store-bought Ssamjang):

Instructions:

1. Season the pork with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with a generous amount of cooking oil and gently massage it. Line the air fryer with parchment paper and add in the pork. Air fry at 170℃ (340℉) for 20 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, make ssamjang. In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients for ssamjang.

3. Flip and cook the other side at 180℃ (355℉) for 10 minutes.

4. Again, flip and add garlic cloves and onion.Air fry at 180℃ (355℉) for an additional 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.

5. Meanwhile, take out another air fryer. Line the air fryer with parchment paper and put some kimchi in it. Lightly spray with cooking spray and air fryer at 170℃ (340℉) for 10 minutes. (If you don’t have an extra air fryer, you can cook it in a regular frying pan.)

6. Take out everything from the air fryers and get ready for the Korean BBQ feast! Nicely arrange the garlic cloves, onion, kimchi, ssamjang, lettuce and rice. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces. Enjoy your BBQ feast!
